Overview
All my care is dedicated to the meticulous farming
of the mosaic of steep plots that constitutes my estate. Far from mass
production, I value the parameters of harvest regulation, plant
density, and vine age to yield grapes of the highest quality.
I aim to make best use of this exceptional terroir to produce wines
worthy of the reputation of St-Saphorin and the Dezaley.
