All my care is dedicated to the meticulous farming of the mosaic of steep plots that constitutes
my estate. Far from mass production, I value the parameters of harvest regulation, plant density, and vine age to yield grapes of the highest quality.
My colleague André Bélard (on the left on the photograph) and myself aim to make best use of this exceptional terroir to produce wines worthy of the reputation of St-Saphorin and the Dezaley.
